Is it possible to purchase the tickets right at the Gasometer?
You can also buy Tickets for our Tours during Tour-Times in our office at the Gasometer. If you are lucky, you can join a tour immidiately or purchase a ticket for another one. Please be prepared to pay cash only.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Climb Berlin is very popular so booking at least two weeks in advance is strongly recommended, even more if you have limited free time in your itinerary. Reservations can be made a maximum one months in advance.

Can I Book Online?
Yes. You can use our secure online booking system to book Climb Berlin, provided by our Partner Ticket Online.

Can I Book for Someone Else?
Yes. You can purchase a ticket for others or book for groups. Please note, groups of 8 or 9 people get a discount.

Can I Change a Booking?
No, unfortunately you can't change a booking.

Can I Cancel a Booking?
No. Climb Berlin tickets are non-refundable.

What if my Preferred Time is sold out?

What if my Climb is Cancelled?
On occasions of extreme weather (electrical storms and exceptionally high winds), Climb Berlin does postpone Climbs. If your Climb is cancelled, you will be offered an alternative Climb on the date and time of your choice. If this is not possible you will get your money back. Climbs are cancelled only at Climb Berlin's discretion.
